Conditions on continuing CMRA operations for one more year:

General consensus of the November 3, 2007 meeting is to continue and establish a Bylaws Committee to revamp the structure and purpose of CMRA.

• Bylaws Committee shall consist of a core group of:
  • Matt Brown
  • Curtis Reid
  • Alex Richey
  • Nick Vera
• And is open to any one interested to participate in the Committee.

The Bylaws Committee shall submit a Draft of the new Bylaws to the Board by March 1, 2008.

The Bylaws Committee shall post the draft of Bylaws to the public via CMRA's website by March 28, 2008 for review and comments by both standing members, community members, and interested public.

The Board shall close Review/Comment period on May 16, 2008.

The Bylaws Committee shall consider all comments and submit final revised draft of Bylaws to the Board by or before June 30.

The Board shall post the final revised draft of Bylaws on CMRA's website within two (2) weeks upon receiving it from the Bylaws Committee.

The Board shall host a Open Meeting for all interested parties on September 13, 2008 (location TBA) where all interested parties will have the opportunity to vote on the revised draft of the Bylaws (in its entirety).

Elections will be held in November of 2008 (exact date and location: TBD). If no new officers are elected at this point, the Board will begin dissolution procedures.
