Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellation notice must be received in writing and postmarked on or by  June 10, 2005.  All refunds will be charged a $50 processing fee.  After June 10, 2005, there will be no refunds.

 

Registration Policy:

 

• No personal checks will be accepted after June 1, 2005.  Only cash (in person only), money orders or cashier’s checks in U.S. funds will be accepted at Registration time.
• There will be a $35 service charge for each returned check.
• There will be no refunds on combo or individual tickets during the conference.
• All combo and individual tickets are non-transferable during the conference.
• Only notarized letters for transfer of combo tickets are accepted.
