Hello Brothers and Sisters:
This is for your information on the price of hotel room. Some people may
have misunderstood about the room price of $179 per person. That is not
correct. I want to make clear that the room price of $179 per night can
be divided by number of people sharing the same room.
For example:
1 person to a room per night = $179.00 plus tax
2 persons to a room per night = approximately $ 89.50 plus tax
3 persons to a room per night = approximately $ 59.66 plus tax
4 persons to a room per night = approximately $ 44.75 plus tax
Guest Room Rates at Grand Hyatt Washington for RAD 2005 Conference are
as follows:
Single Occupancy: $179.00
Double Occupancy: $179.00
Triple Occupancy: $204.00
Quadruple Occupancy: $229.00
Regency Club: additional $40.00
The above rate is per room, not per person. You can divided by the number
of persons you want to share with in any room above. But be aware: not
each person will have the key or passcard to the door. Single occupancy
may have only 1 key/passcard; double occupancy may have only 2 keys/passcards;
triple occupancy may have only 3 keys/passcards; quadruple occupancy may
have only 4 keys/passcards or less. So consider this carefully.
You are very much encouraged to make your room reservation as soon as
possible because the room block reserved for those who come to the RAD
2005 Conference is filling up almost at a fast pace.
Please visit www.deafcmra.org, click RAD2005 and then click Hotel Information.
Then click "Click this webpage." You can make your room reservation
on the online with Grand Hyatt Hotel Washington. Be sure to use Code:
RAD to get a special room rate.
I look forward to seeing you this July.
RADly yours,
Bill Terrell
RAD2005 Chairperson
